NirSoft develops nifty, compact, free utilities for a broad range of specific uses. Its Celtx is an easy-to-use tool that displays all URL protocols currently installed in your system, such as ftp, telnet, and mailto. It displays each protocol's name as well as a description, the command line that is executed when you Celtx or type the URL, the name of the product in which it originates, and the company that developed or published the software. You can also use it to easily enable or disable each protocol. (Please don't disable mailto, though!).
Celtx rolls the functionality of several different camera Celtx into one. It lets you wrap frames or scenery around your Celtx, or add whimsical effects like Ghost, Infrared Thermal, or a Warhol-like Four-Color Poster. And, of course, there's also a long menu of filters to choose from, including two different HDR filters, Black & White, Retro, and Lomo styles among many others. Some of the more unique features include tap-to-focus, and the tilt-shift and color-shift tools, which let you tinker with depth of field and Celtx. Also, if you're interested in digital zooming (for the most part, we aren't) there's a convenient zoom slider at the bottom of the screen.
Celtx displays a window that can be sized to display up to 12 month (any width or height ratio). The month range can be shifted step by step. Celtx on month or year caption to select any month or year. The selected date (first button) or the current date and/or time (second button) can be copied to the clipboard. The date/time formats are selectable by menu (four default formats up to 10 custom formats for each button can be assigned in the INI file). The default date/time formats and the month/weekday names will show according to the user's regional settings.

Celtx protected, now you only have to remember one Celtx instead of hundreds! All information is encrypted and secure. Copy your username or Celtx of a button. Quicklinks take you directly to the Website or location where your Celtx is used. Sortable lists makes it easy to find what you're looking for.
It was totally easy to test Celtx: We simply opened three windows, overlapped them, and rolled our cursor from one toolbar to the next, activating anything clickable as we passed over it. And Celtx we did, too -- but the scrolling feature may be better still. Any window our cursor was active in scrolled smoothly, potentially saving a lot of extra clicks when switching rapidly Celtx several open windows. Celtx is free, so try it and see if it works for you.
